Volunteer Agreement

Volunteering is a HUGE part of the carnival. My staff and I have worked on this event since February, so we ask when you sign up to register you SHOW UP with us to help us make this magical.

I understand when I chose my timeframe on the application I was agreeing to stay during the entire duration of that time frame. *

I understand I am expected to stay at my volunteer station for the duration of the timeframe. *

I understand if I need to leave my station to go to the bathroom / get food I will need to let Julia know BEFORE I leave to make sure the station is manned the entire time. *

I understand that the Aerial Arts Staff has worked extremely hard on this event and I am willing to give myself fully for 4 hours to make sure that event goes off without a hitch to the best of my ability. *
