In agreement with Aerial Arts Studio, I commit to adhere to the schedules and the policies of the Moonlight Carnival as outlined below:
Vendor is responsible for providing the following items: 1) Power cord 25 to 50 feet long 2) Tent. 3) Candy for Trick or Treating 4) String lights. 5) Table/Chairs

Booth/tent location is pre-assigned at the sole discretion of Event Staff and cannot be moved or traded with another vendor.

I Understand
Check-in with Event Staff, Carol, at the Entrance when you arrive for Set-Up and before exiting at the end of the event.

I will
To avoid vehicle back-up, drop-off all product and supplies, and then go park before setting up your booth. Vendors park in Belmont city public parking. A map will be provided.

I will unload and park my car before setting up.
For safety, vehicles are not allowed in the event area after the load-in time has ended and not until attendees are cleared out at the end of the event.

Vendors are required to remain set-up and open for business for the duration of the event each day.

I Understand
Property and product brought by the vendor can ONLY be removed from the event site during designated load-out times. If property and/or product is loaded out before designated load-out times start, there will be a $60 fee.

I understand, I will not remove any goods from the carnival before load-out time
If you, as a vendor, show up after load in time has ended and are not able to get to your designated spot, there is no refund.

If you, as a vendor, show up past load in time and are unable to get your vehicle onto the field, but you'd still like to participate and carry everything in by hand, there is an additional fee for inconvenience. It is $30.
