We are so excited to bring back Moonlight Carnival for its 5th year! The carnival is held in the upper field of Stowe Park!
Date: October 18th & 19th
October 18th / Adult Night: 7-10:00pm (vendors ready no later than 6:30pm)
October 19th / Family Day: 10a-8p (Vendors ready no later than 9:30a)
Location: Stowe Park - Upper Field (24 S Main Street, Belmont NC 28012)
Numbers: We had over 1,200 guests at our last event! We have bounce houses, games, prizes, popcorn, trick or treating, stilt walkers, cotton candy, an aerial circus show and YOU! Small business vendors and food trucks.
Other: Friday is suggested Adults Only for music and costumes. Saturday's event is family friendly and lots of kiddos are in attendance. Dogs are also welcome, the entire event is outside.
Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, chairs, string lights, and a long extension chord (recommended 25ft) as well as anything they decide to sell. You will need string lights for both days.
*Please bring at least 1 extension chord (an outdoor chord that is 25ft or longer. Not a chord for your indoor lamp) and we will get power to you.
** Please note, filling out the application DOES NOT secure your spot as a vendor. You will also need to submit your contract afterwards. We will review each application and be in touch to let you know if you have a spot. Our vendor fee is $40 for 1 event or $60 for both events. ** When you choose both dates you will be added to the event first.
